You may have already come across an ad for the sale of a house “to refresh”. Once there, we realize that almost everything inside will have to be renovated . Redo the floor coverings , repaint the walls, the ceilings and change the kitchen and the bathroom . This is not insignificant. Except that during visits, we are rarely accompanied by companies that can do this work (we don’t even know yet if the house will please us!). So how can you estimate the budget for the work yourself before buying a house?

When you visit a house for the first time there are a lot of things to look at. To facilitate this observation work, we can nevertheless try to prioritize them. To do this, I advise organizing our work in descending order according to the amount of work relating to the element concerned. This is logical, the more expensive the work, the more attentive we must be.
It’s relatively simple: the most expensive work is usually that which meets the primary function of the house . That is to say, to provide us with shelter to protect ourselves from bad weather and external nuisances. Then come the elements providing comfort and finally those which are aesthetic.
